Our advice is free and impartial and we will only tell you the facts and what you need to know and what you should be aware of - if a job cannot be done to our standards, then we won't do the job.
All jobs are carried out in compliance with regulations and guidelines laid down by governing bodies that ensure you, your property and the appliances we fit or service
remain safe and meet the required criteria.
We believe that knowledge comes from experience and experience is something you can only gain over many "hands-on" years.
Training courses are regularly attended so that we know how to correctly install and maintain the products that we recommend.
* As added reassurance we also hold full public liability insurance.
* All our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from installation. Materials in accordance to the manufacturers own guarantee.
In the unlikely event that you do need to call us back within this time, or even after this time, we will be with you as quickly as possible.
We also believe in the policy of each trade to their own, therefore, if there is part of the job that we feel we would not want to undertake, we will always try to help our customer out by getting other trades involved - not only does this ensure good quality workmanship throughout the entire job, it also takes the headache away from you having to locate different trades, not knowing who to use and who not to use and eliminates you having to try to coordinate the different trades involved.
