We are a dedicated family run business which was started in 2001 by Phil and Sue Williamson and we are now a team of six, all working together to offer our customers a friendly, personal and honest approach right from the start through to the finish.

* We will go out of our way to aid and assist you - with small touches such as lending our oil filled heaters to someone who is without any heating until the problem has been resolved.

* Our customer data base is very extensive, and whilst we are big enough to cope with large contract work for local authorities and act as main contractors, we are also small enough to care for our customers who only need a tap washer changing.
